Narrative

Walking Sticks (Family Phasmatidae) are curious insects that feed upon various plant leaves. Their long narrow shape and slow movements give them considerable camouflage. Some tropical members of this family reach astounding lengths. Examples from Malaysia have measured more than twenty-four centimeters in length.
