Narrative
Cetoninae Division includes the African Cetonids that are not in the Goliathini tribe.
Chafers, subfamily Cetoninae, are worldwide in distribution. They are frequently brightly colored. Because of their nice colors, the larger members of this group are of great scientific interest and are greatly desired by educational institutions. Because of the large number of species in the Cetoniinae, here the group has been divided into several arbitrary divisions.
